We really like the ketubah. If I had a blog or website, I would rave about it! As a photographer I was drawn to your designs because I appreciate great photography with unique perspectives, and that is what drew me in. My fiancee is a visual effects artist and we both appreciated not only the beauty and uniqueness of the work, but also the ability to have it read the way we want.

As an interfaith couple, we know it won’t be easy. To come together from different faiths and form a unified family will be tough. We both will… encounter people in both our faiths who seek to tear us down or make it more difficult. But we’re making a one way trip, we’re joining together forever, in spite of the downsides.  (Continue reading.)

President Obama supports marriage equality

Thank you so much for doing such an outstanding job on my Fire Ketubah — I absolutely love it. We are hanging it right by the front door of the apartment and something about it just lifts my spirits every single time I see it. What a gorgeous way to sign our marital vows — it is the most meaningful part of my life and the most beautiful piece of artwork I have ever seen. Thank you so much for creating such a beautiful keepsake for our wedding.

We spent countless hours on all sorts of ketubah websites and we just didn’t love the more traditional ones out there. I personally looked at over 1,000 ketubahs one afternoon. While many of them are beautiful, they really aren’t our style. We don’t like the intertwined trees, the Star of David, etc. that is typical of most ketubahs.

We knew we wanted something to hang on the wall of our condo that went with our modern style. Many of the more traditional ketubahs would stick out like a sore thumb. We tend to like things that are a little less mainstream as we prefer to showcase things others don’t have or haven’t even seen before. The uniqueness is important to us.

And your ketubah complements the style, look and feel of our home perfectly!

searched over 1000 ketubahs to find the right one

We spent quite some time looking at ketubahs, not finding anything we could envision hanging on our wall for years to come, but then when we found your designs it was a matter of minutes before we chose one. Your work is really beautiful, and we very much appreciate how flexible the wording and symbolism are. I’m Jewish and Ami isn’t, so it was important to us that the ketubah reflected our feelings without heavy religious connotation.

I hear this a lot. So many people want the beauty and symbolism of the ketubah, without being tied to a specific religious symbols or language that holds little meaning for them.
